Use a smoothing tool to firmly adhere the mural panel to the wall, sweeping the tool from the center outwards to work out all air bubbles. You should not make a real crease in the paper; be gentle when you fold. You can also use the sponge to further smooth the paper. While it can be messier and a bit more costly, a lot of professionals actually prefer paper that does not have paste on it already because it lasts longer.
